I've been on trains and experienced a lot of random situations, but this is the first time that I traveled with supposed Georgian terrorists! On the way to the southern Russian city of Voronezh our group of Americans was awakened early in the morning (2:30 am to be exact) by two relatively sheepish automatic rifle toting militia. Once they saw my blurry eyes, my bare feet and my innocent face they quickly realized that the last name Mcilhaney is not Georgian at all! So then we were left in peace!
Why do I share this lovely experience with you?
Well it is funny for one, but also just to whet your appetite to hear about the adventures of our latest short term team - North Bridge.

I'll write more later, but wanted to send you this little taste!
